SET-UP
Guidance, Advice and Service to Developers, we:
1. Arrange competitive quotes for insurance
cover in compliance with requirements of the Strata Schemes Management
Act 1996.
2. Convene and hold the inaugural meeting in
liaison with developer.
3. Attend to any particular requirements of
the scheme
4. Establish the books and records required
by the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996. We hold these records until
the First Annual General Meeting.
5. Issue Section 109 certificates to
facilitate settlement.
6. Set estimated registration date in
conjunction with completion date of construction
7.
Send out notices and convene the first Annual General
Meeting in compliance with the Strata Management Act
